The new XF24-3 FluxPak measures carbon dioxide evolution rates (CDER) and oxygen consumption rates (OCR) simultaneously in isolated mitochondria or whole cells. XF24-3 FluxPaks reveal details of mitochondrial respiration, carbon flux and carbon dioxide evolution, allowing the relationship between the TCA cycle and mitochondrial respiration to be analyzed in a 24-well microplate.
